Job Description"Responsible for delivery L1, L2 and Problem .
Provide leadership to all L1, L2, Problem / Root cause Management.
Manage escalations.
Manage Team and Team deliverables .
Co-ordinate with other teams.
Responsible for team motivatiion.
Responsible for monitoring and coaching their L1 n L2 analysts towards meeting their KPI's
Prepare and report weekly health metrics for their reportees.
Provide on floor support to assist L1's. Willing to work in 24/7 work atmosphere Willingness to sign 1 yr service agreement
