Job Description
GAME SUPPORT US CHAT
We provide E-mail/ Chat support to worldwide customer. Through the Email support channel we provide support for the following domains :
Technical Support - We have specialized teams that handles technical queries from customer.
Accounts and Billing Support : We have specialized teams that handles Accounts & Billing queries from worldwide customer base.
In-game Support - We have specialized teams that handles In-game queries from worldwide customer base.
TOS Violation Monitoring- We monitor and action TOS violation for multiple games. These violation are reviewed and action upon through the use of Global Petitioning System.
Job Description:
-To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer's queries through chat and E-mail.
-To achieve the productivity target
-Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed.
-Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer needs
-Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction

Desired Profile
Candidate should be ready to work in 24X7 environment
Candidate should be comfortable with 10 hours shift in a day
Flexible for a movement between chat and email support
Ready to provide customer service to gaming customers
Should have some knowledge of games
Should have technical knowledge preferably B.Sc. (IT), BCA or equivalent (not 2012 B.Tech.)
Must have an experience of customer service industry for 1 year
Should be excellent in written English
Should be good in comprehension
Should be interactive and focused on rapport building
Should have a positive attitude and can-do approach
Should value integrity
Should be ready to abide by Organization Policies
Ready to work on various projects as per client requirement
Preferably a graduate
Should have solution oriented approach
Should have some knowledge of social networking sites
Typing speed should be above 25 wpm
Salary : 1,80,000 2,25,000 Ctc P.A
