Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the clients via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
  • Remote configuration of clients computers\ Laptops, Applications etc.
  • Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services. 
  • Identify and correct/ advise operational issues of clients computers.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Able to answer promptly on support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications.
  • Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
