Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the clients via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Remote configuration of clients computers\ Laptops, Applications etc.
Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
Identify and correct/ advise operational issues of clients computers.
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to answer promptly on support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
