Job Description
a) Sourcing :-
i) To source new operators on various models
ii ) To look for prospective operators, convincing on the model. selling the model to prospective operators and bringing them on board
iii) Forming agreement with new operators
b) Relationship Maintenance :-
i) Maintaining relationship with existing operators
ii) Ensuring that audit observations are corrected within the agreed time lines
iii) Dispute resolution , grievance handling of operators- as required
iv) converting passive operators to active
