Purpose of Job

To Process Accounts Payable Invoices on time and accurately for Non Trade & Trade

To Reconcile Supplier Statements on time and accurately for Non Trade & Trade

Process payments to suppliers

Manage supplier helpdesk (Call Center) and respond to queries on payment status and other vendor related matters

Handle escalations from suppliers

Mentor and support process associates and junior process associates in AP team in handling process issues and customer / supplier escalations

Duties and Responsibilities

Book AP Invoices in System 21

Reconcile vendor statements accurately and timely prior to processing payments in System 21

Call trade suppliers and request statements

Manage calls from supplier enquiring status on trade payments

Monthly reporting

Pass Journals and entries in System 21
