-Fixing appointments, Follow-up with Clients, Interaction with Clients,Handling customer Enquires
-Tele-calling on the database provided by BDM for DRS pitch for identifying a suspect and an appointment with the BDM,
-Follow-up with contacted clients on phone or by sending e-mail or other necessary e-collaterals as deemed necessary from time to time,All communication with the client on the basis of Knowledge base (KB),
-Need to maintain regular touch with the existing clients i.e. Clients marked for Account management towards retention of the client. All Issues needs to be escalated to the BDM for effective damage control.
