• Input document entries strictly as per documents, training manuals or as per separate instructions received from team leader.
• Follow the customer documentation requirements specified in form of SOP (wherever specified and within the legal limits)
• Raise clarifications as per process defined.
• Checks Documentation Entries for accuracy of input
• Maintain high level of data quality at all times
• Constantly evaluate current work processes and suggest options to improve same.
• Update reporting system on real time basis.
• Escalation in the event of non-compliance- any issues maintaining high level of accuracy and productivity
