Manage the team responsible for the Finance aspects of international assignments. Activities within the team include, but are not limited to:
Cost estimates for approval of assignments and appropriate cost center budgeting in adherence to International Mobility policy
Employee compensation calculations in terms of Income Statement, Tax and other relevant calculations
Payroll instructions for accurate delivery of compensation to employees and adherence to respective compliance regulations
Monitor FX variances and recommend appropriate changes to CoE
Vendor and expense payment and recharge processes
Understanding of global taxes, statutory requirements on a global basis
Liaise with ECA, various Tax Service Provider offices for addressing process changes and resolving queries
Lead the annual change process in terms of taxes, cost of living and other calculations necessary for complete revisions
Prioritize and schedule work to meet peaks and business demands
Participating in improvement projects towards better working conditions
Ensuring that KCS (Key Control Standards) are in place for all processes and adherence to all risk regulations. Flagging risk issues and taking necessary steps to mitigate issues
Understanding finance reporting and budgeting requirements and proactively identifying and managing budget impact items
Making recommendations to CoE for implementation of changes to compensation structure or delivery to allow greater tax or process efficiency
Identify and manage changes in processes from time to time and coming up with appropriate recommendations
Management responsibilities include resourcing, budgeting, working with service providers and CoE, process improvements, working within agreed SLAs and risk parameters

CA-Inter/CWA-Inter/MBA Finance with 6 to 10 years experience in general accounting, payables, finance areas preferably who has worked earlier with an end to end business model can apply
Comprehensive understanding of finance processes and statutory requirements
High end numerical ability and process orientation
Ability to both monitor day to day transactions and zoom out to visualize the big picture
Project skills and ability to handle multiple / global stakeholders
Strong analytical, excel skills and risk management capability
