This is an entry-level position in the Restaurant Management cadre. The training cum probation period is for 6 months, where in the trainee under goes an on and off the job training program. McDonalds, weve got a great reputation for the quality of our training and development courses. In fact, a lot of our most successful Managers started their careers as Crew members. You can do it too, and the best part is you get to earn while you learn!

JOB Details
The job entails training in all the areas of the restaurant like kitchen, back sink, cleaning, lobby management, counter sales and customer interaction. There would be both on and off the job training programmes.
The skills developed through a Traineeship provide not only a strong foundation for a management career in McDonalds but provide skills for life, and a fantastic foundation for any career path you may choose.
