Processing of recruitment invoices for Talent Acquisition vendors globally as a part of HR Shared Service Centre
Ensure 100% payments are realised well within the SLA agreed
Adhere to process operating instructions provided for vendor management
Proactive approach towards each transaction handled
Manage Country TA teams, Vendors and Finance with respect to queries
and provide clarifications / service requests
Generate and analyze MIS
Handling escalation
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Create and track payments in the internal procurement management system
Validating the invoices for all mandatory information and processing them
for payment
End to End follow up with multiple stake holders (internal and external)
globally till payment is made
Communicate and update the stakeholders proactively on each activity
Maintain all internal trackers
Provide logistics support for stake holders
